The Leasing Consultant performs all leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals and adheres to all established leasing policies and procedures to ensure all Fair Housing laws are followed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Determine unit availability daily Answer apartment rental inquiry calls and emails Conduct and follow up on community and apartment tours Process prospective resident applications in accordance with company policy Organize resident key exchange, move-in inspection, and move-in documents Prepare your assigned lease renewal offer letters and manage lease renewal efforts Maintain accurate resident files and prospect records Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and competitive properties Review advertisements for accuracy Support the overall marketing efforts of the community Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of monthly resident events Provide daily feedback to the Property Manager on vacant apartments, community appearance, maintenance issues, etc. Provide world class customer service Maintain open communication with community staff Attend and participate in training programs as requested Perform other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be bi-lingual – fluent in English and Spanish Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills – ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, residents, and the public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in online/technological systems Proficiency in the use of Yardi Voyager preferred Must complete and pass Fair Housing training (provided)

Busy property management office seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, organized, and hard-working Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community in Pittsburgh!
The Maintenance Technician performs various maintenance tasks and provides quality customer service. Primary responsibilities include hands-on maintenance of the community, apartments and grounds. This role ensures compliance with all established policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
A successful Maintenance Technician is responsible for duties including, but not limited to:
Perform maintenance and repairs in apartments, specifically authorized by work orders and emergency situations. Maintenance of vacant apartments (follow comprehensive check list). Updates Maintenance Supervisor with outstanding work order and building issues. Perform various preventative maintenance functions. Performs on-call emergency service if required. Maintain grounds and common areas keeping them free of trash and debris. Provides snow removal to all areas of the property as needed. Providing world class customer service. Well-rounded skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. OTHER
Ensure safe work practices are being followed by all maintenance staff. Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards. This position requires personal contact with apartment residents. Proper conduct is essential at all times. Performs other duties as assigned. SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
2 to 5 year’s experience in building maintenance and repair. General proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing appliances, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, carpentry, drywall, electrical, pools, roofing, and other building maintenance items Certifications in, HVAC, lead paint, asbestos and mold a plus. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, residents and the general public. Must pass provided training in Fair Housing, and OSHA GENERAL INFORMATION

The Commercial Maintenance Technician performs various maintenance tasks and provides quality customer service, for commercial properties located in Pittsburgh.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Take direction from the Maintenance Supervisor and comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and workplace safety Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventative maintenance Complete and document regular life safety and emergency systems inspections and shutdowns Check and report on the operation of elevators Repair/replace and inspect drains, vents and supply lines, valves, sinks and toilet fixtures, and water fountains Replace faulty switches, receptacles, fuses, and bad wiring Troubleshoot electrical problems, including the use of volt and ampere meters and circuit tracers Lubricate, adjust and clean hinges, closers, lock mechanisms, tracks, operators, and weather stripping; repair/replace faulty parts, hinges, locks, and rolling gates Perform initial HVAC work order analysis and correct issue(s) if able or assist HVAC technician to complete the work Respond to calls for maintenance work as needed Complete snow removal and operate snow removal equipment when necessary Perform preventative maintenance items as directed Report issues and trouble spots for improvement Utilize electronic work order system to track time, respond to work orders, and provide detail on work performed Provide 24/7 response to property emergencies as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor or the Director of Facilities. Position requires travel to various buildings in the Pittsburgh area Ensure safe work practices are being followed by all maintenance staff. Performs other duties as assigned. SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 75 lbs. Strong organizational and communications skills, and the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 3 plus year’s experience in building maintenance and repair. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions. General proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing appliances, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, carpentry, drywall, electrical, pools, roofing, and other building maintenance items GENERAL INFORMATION
